In accordance with implementation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 provisions from 27th April 2016, on the protection of the individuals in accordance with personal data process and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”), we inform you about the rules for the processing of your personal data and related rights.

– The purpose of processing your personal data is to implement the processes of validation and certification of skills/qualifications and/or competency analysis and/or employee recruitment.

– The basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 221 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended), as well as art. 6 GDPR sec. 1 lit. a, b, f, i.e. your consent, as well as the legitimate interest of the administrator, including activities related to the validation and certification of skills/qualifications and/or competency analysis and/or employee recruitment.

– Your personal data will not be shared to third parties

– Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organizations

– Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were obtained.

– You have the right to request access to your data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing. You can object to the processing at any time. You also have the right to transfer your data.

– Granting consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to participate in the processes: validation, certification, competence analysis and recruitment.
