The Integrated Skills Strategy (ZSU 2030) as a skill development policy
In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 195 of December 28, 2020, the Integrated Skills Strategy 2030 (ZSU 2030) was adopted in Poland as a policy for developing skills in accordance with the idea of lifelong learning. The Lifelong Learning idea
The ongoing civilization changes have made the learning outcomes a key category in the perspective of the lifelong learning policy.
The learning outcomes are currently the most important reference point in both formal and non-formal education, as well as recognizing the results of non-formal learning in various ways in the course of performing professional tasks, through self-education the implementation of various activities in social, personal or family life.
